Annual Conference

Eyes Right Optical held its annual conference over the weekend of February 1-3, 2008.

Our staff of twenty internal and external sales staff worked with the international sales managers from Pro Design and Face a Face.

With the Australian and New Zealand optical markets undergoing rapid change, the conference theme was to plan strategies and provide our staff with the tools to deal with everyday challenges.

Contract renewal

Eyes Right Optical is privileged to have a twelve year association with our partner, Face a Face. We are delighted to announce that our ongoing distribution contract has been extended for a further three years until May 2011.

On Line Ordering from 1st March, 2008

Eyes Right Optical is proud to announce the commencement of its on-line ordering facility which means that you can place new orders or repeat orders when it suits you-whether you are in Gisborne, New Zealand or Geraldton in Western Australia – our office will always be open!

Not only will your order be processed promptly but once you have your username and password, you will be able to view all previous orders you have made Online in our Order History file.
We've tried to be as “user friendly” as possible for you to login and start ordering straight away.

Step One - You will need to contact us on 1800 637 654 to receive your unique username and password.

Step Two - Log in and fill out the order form, if you are unsure of the latest models, you can quickly visit the suppliers’ websites to see what's available.

Step Three - Confirm your order. We will call you should there be any delays with your order. Otherwise it will be sent to you either on the same day or the next business day. Your order will be billed to your account.
